About

How’s That Logical? is a political and media analysis project built for people who can feel the spin, but want the receipts.

The point is simple: take the story you’re being sold, strip out the narrative glue, and test it against reality.

What This Is

• Evidence-first breakdowns of current events
• Media criticism without performative “both sides” nonsense
• Clear explanations of what happened, who benefits, and what’s being omitted
• Writing that respects your intelligence and your time

What You’ll Find Here

Politics + Power
• Authoritarianism and democratic backsliding
• Political violence, normalization, and propaganda
• Courts, law, institutional capture, and the machinery of control

Media + Narrative
• How stories get framed, softened, or weaponized
• Disinformation, influence operations, and manufactured consensus
• What headlines say, what the underlying facts say, and why the gap exists

Culture + Social Control
• Moral panics, scapegoats, and social sorting
• “Common sense” claims that collapse under inspection

How I Work

I separate three things, every time:

• What’s confirmed (primary sources, direct evidence)
• What’s likely (credible reporting, corroboration, pattern match)
• What’s spin (talking points, vibe-based certainty, narrative pressure)

If something is uncertain, I’ll say it’s uncertain. If something is bullshit, I’ll say that too.

Who This Is For

• People who think for themselves
• People tired of tribal groupthink
• People who want facts, nuance, and context, not just outrage
• People who can handle disagreement without melting down

If you want a safe space for slogans, you won’t like it here.
If you want a place that actually tries to make sense of things, welcome.
